Sandblast returns to Greenwich!

Start brainstorming sculpture ideas with friends and family for a chance to win Greenwich’s very own sand sculpture contest! Sandblast returns for its 33rd year to Greenwich Point Park Saturday, June 29th, hosted by the department of parks and rec and the Greenwich Arts Council. Judges will circulate to hand out exciting prizes and ribbons to participants. Remember to bring your own shovel, tools, and equipment as well as a valid park pass for entry. Natural objects found around the beach may be used in your design. Festivities are from 10am to 1 pm. Most importantly - have fun and enjoy the day! Rain date is Sunday June 30, 10am - 1pm.
